Changes to Lancaster CF Executive
by Alex on 09 Aug 2007
Last week Sean Edwards resigned as Vice Chair (Political) of Lancaster CF. The resignation was a result of a change in Sean's personal circumstances which have meant he is no longer in position to fulfil the demands of the role. Sean has helped the society with many campaigns, and stood as a candidate in the 2007 Local Elections. Can I take this opportunity on behalf Lancaster CF to thank Sean for all his hard work over the last 2 years and wish him well for the future.
The resignation has meant that there is a vacant position on the Executive. We have currently co-opted Nick Vose to the position. Nick will hold the position for the rest of the summer and through Freshers' week. Once we have passed this busy period, we shall hold an election for the position which will be open to all members. Details of the election will be published next term.
